Due to innovative details the P81 can be built with highly reduced line consumption. Special design and construction gives the P81 a very high passive stability. The already excellent performance data is further improved by the “Race” risers and unsheated competition lines in the upper galleries. The new PARATECH air intake PAF III with shear rigidity strengthening guarantees an aerodynamically clean standing nose area and optimal impact pressure in every angle of attack area at low drag. In short it is your ideal partner for enjoyable long duration and thermal flights!

The stabilising measures that are used in the P81, allow accelerated flying without a problem even in turbulent air. In spite of this high level of stability, the P81 communicates through perfect feedback to warn the pilot of any turbulence early on, allowing disturbances to be effectively avoided by active flying. A paraglider that has no nasty surprises in store during extreme flying.
PARATECH Quality…
The elaborate construction together with the well thought out mix of materials guarantees you long life and reliability. Stiff diagonal ribs, upper and lower sail of various strengths, air tight and UV stable nylon cloth. The brake cascades are made of resistant Dyneema, main lines and unsheated gallery lines made of stiff Technora HMA (High-Molecular-Aramide). This mix of materials as well as the continually evolving quality of workmanship guarantees a long life with consistent flight characteristics.

Dynamics, elegance and accentuation of the aspect ratio are the main characteristics of the new PARATECH designs without foregoing sleekness, autonomy and heritage. The right P81 for you…
The P81 is available in the sizes XS, SM, ML and L. Between the sizes SM and ML the overlap is 15Kg instead of 5kg. This enables the majority of pilots to find the right size for their preferences and conditions. The larger ML is for those that like it a little quieter or often fly in weak conditions and the smaller SM is for pilots who are looking for zippiness and agility or feel at home in stronger conditions.
